  1. Geranium essential oil is my personal favourite.  It has a sweet and floral aroma and is especially beneficial for it's  balancing and restorative properties for the female hormonal cycle both emotionally and physically.    Geranium essential oil is perfect for calming and I find it helps me get a good nights sleep to!  Try a few drops on your pillow or use in a diffuser to fill the room with gorgeous scent.
  2. Tea Tree Pure Essential Oil - there's not many of us who haven't used Tea Tree oil in some form or another.  It's great for treating all sorts of ailments, offering healing properties for inflammation and redness.   Our tea tree oil can also be inhaled or infused to promote healing and benefit from its widely lauded antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
  3. Lemongrass Pure Essential Oil - wonderfully zesty, lemongrass essential oil is commonly used to help boost mental wellbeing.  Its sweet, lemony smell makes it a popular tool for refreshing and detoxifying the air and the mind, while its natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties can combat bacteria and promote healthy skin regeneration.

Cedarwood oil is a grounding oil which can promote emotional balance and help stabilise emotions which makes it an ideal choice to help you calm and relax after a long stressful day, or during periods of confusion and emotional upheaval to help focus the mind and steady the soul. Cedarwood Oil also has decongestant properties and can help relieve symptoms of illness coughs and colds.

Essential Oils can be used in a number of different ways:

Diffuser - Add 3-4 drops of oil to the recommended water volume

Massage Oil - Add to carrier oil for direct skin application.

Facial SteamAdd 2-3 drops to hot water, thoroughly stir your oils into the water, cover your head with a towel and lean your face over the steaming bowl (about 10 inches away). Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose for 1-2 mins, Repeat 2-4 times, as necessary.

Hot BathAdd 5-10 drops to a table spoon of carrier oil and add to your bath, wait until after you have finished filling the bath and the water has been turned off.

Hot/Cold CompressFill a small bowl with water, add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Stir briskly, soak the cloth, wring, and apply.
